Oh my!! I now want to cover all the cookies I made in a thick layer of dark chocolate! They look delicious. I always forget how tasty and moist an orange cake is and chocolate a perfect combination.
The chocolate could have been doing with some coconut oil or Mary mixed in. It was hard not to squash the cake cutting through the hard choc layer.
