This photo should have accompanied this post here. Truth be told I've made it twice since then and what this doesn't show is the gargantuan size of it. It's huge and two of us ate it in less than 24 hours. I'd like to say I'm not proud of that but really I kind of am. The dough is so ridiculously soft that I now roll it out between two sheets of cling film otherwise it all goes horribly wrong.
